Client portal

A locked door for your documents — and a direct line to Connie.

Register once, upload as papers arrive, review the return on a phone or iPad, and sign remotely. No appointment required.

An organized workspace ready for document upload.

How clients use the portal

  • Register and set a password

New clients request access below. Returning clients use the invitation Connie already sent.

  • Upload in your own time

W-2s, 1099s, last year’s return, a photo of your driver’s license. Add files as they show up in the mail.

  • Review together

Connie prepares the return, then walks you through it by phone or FaceTime — the same personal service, submitted online.

  • E-sign and file

You sign remotely. She e-files. Refunds go by direct deposit when you provide a voided check.

The four steps, in order

  1. 01

    Open your secure portal

Register from this website. Create a password once. From then on you upload documents from home — no appointment required.

  2. 02

    Upload your documents

W-2s, 1099s, last year’s return, a photo of your driver’s license. Add files as they arrive. Connie will message you if anything is missing.

  3. 03

    Connie prepares your return

You work directly with Connie — not a seasonal call center. She files Federal, State, and Local, then walks you through the result by phone or FaceTime.

  4. 04

    Review, e-sign, and file

You review the return in the portal, sign remotely, and she e-files. Refunds go by direct deposit. Every return includes identity-theft and $1 million audit protection.

Request access

Tell Connie you are a new or returning client. She will send a secure invitation. Never email Social Security numbers or full tax documents — the portal exists so you don’t have to.

Prefer paper? Arrange pickup or drop-off in the Reading area.

Have your documents ready?

Use the new-client checklist, then request portal access. Connie will take it from there.
